GWR ENGINEERING LTD, was formed in
June 1985 with a management and staff of over 30 years
experience in the pressing industry.
The original aim of the company was to supply pressed
steel parts to both container and general fabrication companies.
After three years it became apparent that GWR needed to expand
as well as investing in new machinery to satisfy market demands.
A decision was made to purchase a manufacturing unit embracing
7,000 square feet, located close to the Mersey docklands.
Over the next seven years, GWR grew to be a major supplier
of pressed steel components to the UK fabrication and container industry.
After careful consideration and a marketing drive in 1992, we
expanded our product range to include fabrication of waste
disposal equipment. |
